Home to one, if not the, most famous zip codes in the U.S., Beverly Hills has long been the gold standard for modern luxury, celebrity, and exclusivity. While many neighborhoods in Los Angeles can be just as fabulous, 90210 will always be known for its glamorous shopping, A-list residents, and as the home to truly delectable cuisines at culinary institutions like Mr. Chow, Spago, Cut, Urasawa, and many more.
Echo Park Lake now acts as the central hub of this East side neighborhood, North of downtown and South of Silver Lake. Reopened in 2013 after a two year remodel, the lake is a wonderful place to meet up friends, go paddle boating, grab lunch at the boat house, jog, catch a yoga class, or read a book on a bench alone. The possibilities are endless in Echo Park.
Hancock Park is one of Los Angeles’s most exclusive and affluent neighborhoods. Located centrally between downtown and the beach, Hancock Park is a favorite of many. Los Feliz is my second home. Whether I’m hiking in Griffith Park, buying a book at Skylight, visiting friends for a barbecue, having a cocktail at The Dresden, dinner at Little Dom’s, or, you know, working at the Sotheby’s Los Feliz office, Los Feliz is my home away from home. I love it here and you will too.
As a community that was born out of the entertainment industry, Studio City is often called as the “Jewel of the Valley.” After spending some time here it’s not hard to see why. The neighborhood attracts actors, musicians, writers, and studio executives.
